It is that time of the year again , when the whole world gets into festive mood. Out comes the candles , the Christmas trees, wine and decorations. Being a web development and SEO company in India, we don’t have as long a holiday as many of you probably do at this time of the year, but even for us the work gets little slow, as many of the customers take the time off. We also planned that by SEO , we would not be limited to the typical tasks of simply On Page optimisation and Directory submissions . We have strived to do much for clients – achieving 1st Page ranking on Google on selected Keywords, Increasing inquiries for clients and showing the same using Google analytics , posting classified ads , built up Social networking channels for customers business / websites in order, Facebook promotion by increasing Friends, Fans , Integration to Facebook Logins on their websites, Twittering and much more . On select cases we have also managed and monitored Adwords campaign for clients.

Besides managing and optimising their websites, we have also tutored customers about What SEO is , how it can help them and their business and what SEO should not be and how they can have their own in-house operators who can carry on generating content as well .

It has been a good start to a great journey and in the next year , we plan to increase upon the educating clients part . Keep your pets and kids away from the fireworks. Most pet heart attacks in India happen during the scorching summer and Diwali, when sounds of bursting crackers outpace the tolerable limit. Imore is primarily a retail store which sells Imore mobile phones providing consumers with excellent products and fostering a wide range at lowest price possible. This is the 2nd time , we are working for the company owner , who has been our client as well in the past.

As a website for a mobile phone retail store in Kolkata, the site features numerous product photographs with the phone specifications. Where web development is concerned the entire
website has been programmed by PHP. Though the entire site is static, the entire product section is dynamic,  as per the client’s requirement.

The Challenge – On the onset of the SEO project, we noticed that the site wasn’t structurally fit for effective optimization. After the critical analysis of the website structure we came up with the conclusion that the site required to be re-structured, which wasn’t 100% possible. That was probably the biggest challenge we faced while starting off with SEO for the official website of the law firm. The site was allowed to be re-structured, although to a very limited extent, which helped us, but not to the extent we desired.  Another big challenge faced was that their site had   lots of errors and incorrect HTML, which prevents the growth of any website on the major search engines – especially Google. The textual content of the website wasn’t appropriate also! To put things in simple and crispy language, no work had ever been done for the official website of Jus Novum to get good Search Engine rankings.

Plan of Action- For all local and foreign SEO clients, we start with a pre analysis, where we learn from the client – details of their company, their services and offerings and their competitors. Jus Novum’s case was no exception. We had run a pre-analysis report, showing the site’s current state, the current traffic, link popularity, how many pages of the site were indexed etc, alongside the competition analysis, keyword analysis etc. After getting the approval of our keyword suggestion for the site we started working on 6 primary keywords.

Implementation and Work flow -

• With the onset of the work we took a backup of all the existing pages, and started making changes for the site’s structure, according to the chalked out SEO plan.
• The content developer at Websys worked on developing entirely fresh content for the site. The most unique thing in here is that the concerned person at Jus Novum had lent us much of her precious time to help us developing the content, and explaining us the legal technicalities involved thereby. We owe a heartfelt gratitude on behalf of the Team SEO, for her stretched out helping hands.
• On-page was done quite effectively, keeping in mind prevailing algorithmic trend. This took us quite good volume of time to complete the entire on-page task for the website.
• The ranking couldn’t be achieved with just well optimized content and putting effective meta attributes. The strategic plan formulated for the site’s SEO at our internal meeting was found highly effective, while on the move.
• A round of manual link building helped us also gain relevance. Believe me… not much submissions were required. Just a set of strategic link generation plan is the secret of our success story!

The picnic spot was amidst a beautiful village thriving with natural beauties. It was “all play and no work” day for all of us. We organized games and enjoyed chatting with our fellow picnickers. We played pranks on each other and fought with them, ran, played and laughed at each other’s stupidest jokes. Some of my colleagues went out and got back with a red plastic football that toddlers play with. My God! How hard they kicked on the poor soft thing, which was too light and would go no more than a few centimeters! For me, it was nothing short of my school days picnic experience and I could not imagine that most of us are by now over 25 and 30 , some even married and we were no longer kids. Have you ever seen a grown up getting scared of boating in the lake? We laughed our hearts out on seeing some of our colleagues scared of getting down to row on the water. However, once they overcame the fear, all wanted to paddle more and more and we spent a large amount of time on boating. We took some rest on the shades and had our tea break. One of the best enjoyments came till the last hour on the picnic day. The amusement park which was just beside had a place called Iceland. When we entered, all we could see was a dark room with lots of shadows of people and some dim lights. Once we were all in, the disco lights came on and we could see that we were standing on a dance floor. And then without any warning we were in the middle of a snow blizzard. Ice cold snows were being hurled towards our faces and the dance music started. Can you believe it – everyone got in the groove and started dancing even while in the middle of a snow storm of sorts, forgetting the risk of the slippery floor.

By the time we came out, the evening sun had already dawned. Packing all the memories of the trip, we boarded our bus in the evening to come back home. We were dead tired, but not short of energy. Thankfully, the next day was a Sunday. We could take some much needed rest to get back afresh on Monday.

Next Monday was a rejuvenated day for all of us. All of us were back with new energy although the picnic hangover was with us all. Anyway, picnic is behind us and we are working full-fledged, have had completed some of our projects, while working on some important ones presently. Every other day a new project is reaching us with its unique needs and web strategies. You can say, we are back on track; geared up to serve you with your web development and internet marketing needs. I’ll tell you a secret, although the Websys team is constantly expanding for more website work, many of us also view this as a opportunity for having more fun on trips and excursions like this.
